Parking and getting inside
Parking at Freeport Shopmall is free, with no time limit, so there is no ticket to buy and no clock running while you wait for a prescription. There are disabled bays, and parent and child bays.

We are open Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays. The dispensary keeps the same hours as the shop, so if we are open you can collect a prescription.
If you are making a special trip, or you need us at the very start or the very end of the day, it is still worth a quick ring first. It takes a minute and it saves you a wasted journey.
We are closed on bank holidays. Any other one-off closure will be posted in the pharmacy window and here.

Appointments can be booked on this site, and it takes about a minute. Prescription questions and anything you are not sure about are still a phone call or a word at the counter, because you get an answer there and then.
